Bilas lost his father in the sea. Therefore, he caught fish in the river Ganga and sold them to different fish sellers. One day he met a girl and fell in love with her. Their love was deep and they were very much committed to each other. Unfortunately, the girl also used to sell fish in market. Bilas and his community had a social taboo. They did not allow such relations, which might affect their business. The girl bought fish from Bilas. In such a situation, both of them became confused. The girl was eager to move away with him, but Bilas was not mentally prepared for the whole incident. Later Bilas had decided to leave his beloved and move towards the sea for a better future and hope.

Rajababu bans all types of religious activities, thereby the villagers of kurigram protest against such atrocities. But rajababu is married to jasodha, who is a devotee of tara maa and like other people do her prayes without the knowledge of her husband, rajababu this means that any religious activities is to be conceated from rajababu. Rajababu is oblivious of these facts as he enjoys his life in worldly joys by drinking and exploiting women. He is ignorant of the craving of her wife to become a mother, let along the plight of the villagers. This takes a cumulative effect as the helpless villagers are aroused to anger from their despair state of living. But before anything could happen, nayakbabu manages all the affairs and is the prompt saviour of raja babu as usual. Nayak babu even sacrifices his life. So that rajababu, who meanwhile have a vision of tara maa treads the good path. Rajababu realises his mistake. He bears jasodha a child but is not for born from his evil ways for a long time. Again he has a vision of tara maa which result into rajababu becoming a convent to a firm believer in tara maa. After a time slice of 15 years, jasodha is dead and the noble person that rajababu has become, abandons the worldly life and becomes a preacher. Therefore, life comes a full circle.

Abhispata Prem' is the tragic love story of Puja and Deep. Deep is the son of late police officer Nilam Dutta who lives with his mother and sister Rinki. He is from a humble background while Puja is the daughter of rich industrialist Roy Choudhury. Puja falls in love with Deep who is an honest man of principles. She proposes to Deep and though Deep is hesitant in the beginning because of their differences in status he accepts her love. When Roy Choudhury finds out about their relationship he tries to separate them. Roy Choudhury detests Deep also because his father had accidentally killed his wife. He tries to defame Deep, insults Deep's mother and sister and then kills them but is unable to separate the lovers. Deep and Puja elope and he sends his goons after them. Puja's sister-in-law somehow manages to change Roy Choudhury's mind and he goes to bring them back. But, it's too late as Deep is killed by a goon and Puja who gets raped by prince commits suicide when Deep is killed. Roy Choudhury also commits suicide as he fails to save his daughter. The cursed love story of Deep and Puja ends tragically.
