The story is of Rajib who is a upper middle class person. Music and singing was his hobby. He was very close to his mother. His mother and his best friend were worried about his family life. So they took a decision. Rajib's mother had selected a beautiful bride for him while he was away. At that time Rajib went to a hilly place for a performance and met Lakshmi. They started to like each another. After few days they became good companions. But suddenly Lakshmi broke that relationship and Rajib returned to Kolkata. After returning to Kolkata, Rajib got married with a girl. But still he tried to meet Lakshmi. At last he found her under very troubled circumstances.
