Kidnap is about the kidnap of a rich small girl Rinky. Rajat Chatterjee kidnaps Rinky as he needs money for his mother's treatment. But he realizes his mistake and wants to send her back. He meets four boys whose leader is Chota, a criminal. He forcefully takes Rajat along and demands ransom. Rajat finally manages to take Rinky home but is eventually killed by Chota.
