Diwan Saheb has a daughter named Asha and she falls in love with Ashok, who is an employee in his Organisation. But Ashok avoids her and when he fears that he is likely to fall for Asha, he suddenly leaves Gulmarg to stall this love. Asha pursues him. Four elephants save Raju, the only son of wealthy parents, when a leopard attacks him. When his family strikes bad times, Raju's only assets and his friends - the elephants.
