Dilip saves Neeta when her horse veers off control. A friendship develops between the two and when her father passes away she makes him a partner in the family business that she inherits. Very soon Dilip falls in love with her. However, it turns out that Neeta is in love with and engaged to Rajan. She marries him once he returns from abroad.
