Born to an owner of a marriage bureau Champak Lal, Mansukh has been a complete failure growing up as he tried to help his father in their family business. After selling fake examination papers to students, Madhav, Laxman and Lucky re-locate to Goa, and not only get into verbal & physical confrontations with Gopal and Laxman but also ruin their jet-ski and fire-works businesses.
