Shakti is the story of a strong woman police officer Shakti. Shakti is raised to be a strong woman by her grandpa. She becomes an IPS officer and fulfills her grandpa's dream. She gets married to a doctor and gives birth to a son. In Darjeeling she encounters a dangerous criminal Arjun Singh who injures her husband badly.
