A taxi driver and the son of a rich businessman come in contact with each other. The taxi driver, ashamed of his profession, lets everyone think he is an insurance broker while the rich youngster has to retrieve his father's will and eventually leaves the locker key in the taxi driver's cab in an accident. The driver gets falsely accused and is put in jail while the rest of his family comes to know his true job as a taxi driver. The debacles that occur thereafter form the crux of the story. more»

Siva Rao is a local puppeteer who along with his family wanders through different villages performing the art for his survival. When they land up in Tirunelveli, a rich man Chelladurai decides to support them for the sake of his young grandson Jothi s love for the art. Thereafter, good times come knocking for Siva and his family. His grand-daughter Thamizharasi is enrolled in a local school, where she grows up, and works hard to pass out with flying colors. Soon she gets admission into an engineering college in Pune, but Jothi and Thamizharasi develop affinity for each other. Unable to leave her, Jothi rapes Thamizharasi, leaving her traumatized in the process. This makes Jothi s grandfather send him away to live with his father. Years later, Jothi returns to the village again with hopes to find the girl and apologize for his grave mistake. But Thamizharasi is missing. Where did she go? The film starts with two ten year old boys, Nandhu (Srikanth) and Aravind (Aravind Akash), arguing heatedly about Gayathri (Navya Nair) and who loves her the most. As the young girl herself remarks, they are all only in seventh standard, and claims she will only fall in love with whoever happens to become a doctor. In the meantime, Gayathri's father is transferred elsewhere, while Nandhu's father commits suicide after killing his mother. Nandhu is taken care of his father's closest friend (R. K. Vidyadharan) and as he cannot afford to help the kid become a doctor, he hatches a plan to become a professional blackmailer. A dozen years later and you've got an adult Nandhu who is a student and professional blackmailer, now operating under the aegis of his guru and his associate (Sathyan). Until Gayathri re-emerges, but for Nandhu's distraught, she has already met Aravind who actually has become a doctor. Realisation comes to Nandhu slowly but when all his plans to stop them falling in love backfire, he decides to take some drastic action, blackmailing her into eloping with him but it never occurs to him to marry her. more»

The movie is all about an affair between a stuntman and a student who pursues courses on arts and sculpture. A case of persons of two different thoughts and two extremes coming together. Risk Bhaskar (Jiiva), a stuntman in films, comes across Cinthya (Sandhya), a college student. A couple of meetings help them to get acquainted with each other. Through Baskar she comes to know of the difficulties stuntmen face in their everyday work. Life is a daily risk for them, she understands. Cinthya's care and affection makes Baskar develop love towards her. However coming to know that she is not interested in reciprocating his love, he wants to leave from her life. Missing his company, Cinthya calls on him and urges him to be himself and continue their friendship. Not wanting to miss his company, Cinthya promises to marry Baskar in case if she develops a love towards him in future or if not they would part as friends after sometime. Baskar, a happy-go-lucky youngster, tries all means to impress Cinthya. However, Malar (Anee Malavika), Cinthya's mother, coming to know of their relationship opposes it. Meanwhile, she loses her husband Jayachandran (Nassar), a fire and rescue personnel, while he is dousing a major blaze. She immediately decides to get her daughter married and even arranges her wedding.
