Srishti Shetty is unemployed girl halled from Mangalore. She comes to Mumbai city and is staying with her cousin Priya. Priya is employed as personal Secretary for two years. Her theory is that the efficient lady secretary is one who marries her boss at the earliest. So she has a mission of marrying her boss. Srishti is not interested in Priya's theory Priya recommends Srishti to become a secretary. Somehow Srishti is trying to learn & understand the secretary ship and its responsibility from Priya. She makes up her Mind to become a personal secretary. Gaurav Jaitly is a young business man, who is handling a family business. His father Rajender Jaitly died some years back & mother died lately. He was forced to look after the business at a young age, when he is enjoying his youth. Gaurav is basically mamma's boy. He is interested in enjoying himself along with his best friend Vinay Patel listening to music and dancing. Vinay takes undue advantage of Gaurav's innocence. Every time Vinay visit's Gaurav he takes some financial help from Gaurav. He uses Gaurav's office for his enjoyment and they don't want to be disturbed. So Vinay suggest Gaurav to hire a Personal Secretary, Gaurav likes the ides and subsequently Srishti gest a job as a Personal secretary of Mr. Gaurav. Srishti in due course comes to know that Vinay is taking undue advantage of Gaurav Innocence's. She try's to exploit Vinay and reveal his realty to Gaurav. Priya is trying her best to convince Srishti to follow her idea of marrying the boss. Srishti some how convinced by Priya and follows her footsteps. Gaurav falls in love with Srishti and wants t marry her. Meanwhile for some reasons Priya resigns from her employment. Vinriya as to why ay is also interested to hire a personal secretary. As Priya was unemployed & qualified she gest the job. Meanwhile Vinay comes to know the intentions behind Srishti and Pthey have become secretaries. Will Vinay ell Gaurav of Srishti and Priya's intention? Will Gaurav throw Srishti out his life?

Vishal is living in with his girlfriend but still makes place for Rhea in his house because he cares for her. After her bad experience in love, Rhea likens men to turkeys, a species of birds which are always on the hunt for new hens to mate with. She is convinced, men can never be faithful and always have sex on their minds. Rhea also has to consult a shrink, Dr. Prayag (Naveen Kaushik), such is her condition after the heartbreak.

The maverick proposes an outrageous plan: He will infiltrate Rajan's group, and be Adil's informer. And, together they will smash the Maoist organization in Nandighat. In spite, Sure enough, Kabir gets in and craftily wins their confidence, as only he can. He secretly begins informing Adil, who starts attacking the Maoists with great success. Within weeks, Adil-Kabir turns the game, pushing the Maoists on to the backfoot. But, Kabir also begins discovering a different reality. The abject helplessness of the rural poor brutally displaced in the name of development, the fruits of which never reach them. Their land, their forest, their water snatched by their own government to allow big business to exploit the area and its people further. As the poverty and desperation rise, so does a cry of anger.. giving birth to the Naxalite who believes the only way to counter this is with a gun! Kabir also can't help getting close to the activists; begins identifying with them. Rajan, Babu, Venu. And Juhi. A dedicated revolutionary with a tender heart, who has seen pain like none other. A Sikh bachelor (Jackie Shroff), who was Mummyji's college classmate, stays close to their house and often visits the family. Her husband takes this in good humour as he is also friends with the bachelor. A maid (Divya Dutta) is the gossipmonger of the housing society. Soon, Mummyji finds suitable brides for her two sons. To her surprise, the bride, who seems to fit into her criteria for her daughters-in-law, reveal their true colours after marriage. While her homely daughter-in-law breaks into an outrageous dance at her other son's wedding, her NRI daughter-in-law turns out to be a cheat, who was trying to swindle the family! However, life soon returns to normalcy as the daughter-in-laws come around. Next, Mummyji also discovers that her son has actually been operating a night-club and had lied to her about running a restaurant. Mummyji is aghast but takes it in her stride. Soon, both her sons and their wives leave for the US for better prospects. An ageing Mummyji and husband are left behind alone with the daughter. Mummyji's bachelor-friend also gets married.
