Notorious gangster Pinky assigns Nandu, a petty thief to steal a package worth over one crore rupees for a fee, which Nandu does so. But when Nandu finds out that the package is worth more than his fees, he refuses to give it back. An enraged Pinky instructs his men to locate Nandu, find the package and then kill him. Nandu runs away from the gangsters. While on the run the police launch a manhunt. Peter D'Souza lives in a small town in India. He is an idealistic and honest young man and wants to serve his country by joining the army.
