Suresh and Anuradha are classmates. At first they fight each other. Eventually they fall for each. But Anu's father Madhavan Thampi doesn't approve their relation. He sets Anu's marriage with Mohan Kumar. Anu reveals about her love to Mohan. After convinced by Mohan Madhavan Thampi agrees for Suresh and Anu's marriage. Knowing about the marriage Suresh goes joyfully but get into an accident and dies. Shattered Anu lives a lonely life. Later it's discovered that she is pregnant with Suresh's child. After the delivery Thampi gives the kid to his driver and tells Anu that the child was stillborn. Anu's life shattered again. Eventually Mohan finds out the truth and decides to find the child. He finds the child, Appukuttan lives with the driver Kumara Pilla, his wife and kids. Kumara Pilla loves Appukuttan as his son but his wife hates the child. Mohan gain back Appukuttan and takes back to his mother. Meantime Anu attempts to suicide. At hospital Mohan tells Appukuttan to call his mother back. He calls her and eventually Anu comes back to life.

But Banda Singh Bahadur refused to turn tail and escape and gave himself up along with his men like a true soldier.

The story begins on a rainy night, when Ilangkumaran(Sasikumar) and Nallavan(Allari Naresh) escapes from a place and enters chennai with some suspense hidden behind their past. They settle at Pulikutty's (Ganja Karuppu) residence and find jobs in a petrol bunk. His honesty and kind heartedness win people. A girl named Bharathi (Swathi) comes to his life. Her initial wrong belief about Kumaran changes as soon as she knows his kind-heartedness. Soon, the love blooms between them. Ilangkumaran along with his friends start a venture which grows fast. This makes Pulikutty to give advertisement in a Magazine with their photo. Then comes a group chasing for Kumaran and his friends. Within a few minutes Soori, friend of Kumaran arrives chennai and shares some news. Kumaran's old life is shown in the second half and it is revealed that he is mentally affected because of his dad and stepmother's desire for wealth. Finally, the film comes to an end after many interesting twists.

Four youths growing up in Madurai locality, turn to killers due to unemployment and circumstances. Azhagar (Jai), Paramar (director Sasi Kumar), Kasi (Kanja Garuppu) and a handicapped young man in Subramanyapuram area. They do the odd jobs and working as sincere cadets of local politicians Somu and his brother (Samudrakani). Azhagar; the hero among the four. latter falls in love with the Somu's daughter Thulasi (Swathy). But his gang opposes the love and warns him many occasions. Meanwhile the councilor's brother uses them to murder a party rival, promising they will be bailed out. Azhagar and Paramar commit the murder and surrender in the court. But nobody comes to bail them out. Later they realize that all are the planned conspiracy of the local politician. Now the gang turns to revenge.

The story begins with a pub dance where girls and boys enjoy themselves to the fullest in a much spoilt way which leads to Eve teasing and results in a girl's death. Sangayya (Samudrakani), the assistant commissioner of police, is forced to revoke the case because of Chezhiyan's (Vaibhav) (a rich, spoiled guy) influence. Chezhiyan with his father's Deiva Nayagam (A.L. Azhagappan), a leading politician, would bail them out even if he and his friends commit a murder. Vaibhav falls in love with a girl named Reshma, (Aparna) daughter of a businessman (largely inspired from Vijay Mallya). There are some political dramas that happens before the families agree to their marriage. Sangayya is been used in this political drama. He gets furious after learning this, but his hands are tied by the commissioner of police. When Chezhiyan is mysteriously kidnapped and beaten up by an unknown character, Sangayya starts an investigation. Sangayya solves the case and comes to know that a XI grade student named as Easan is responsible. Easan has a flash-back sequence where his sister Poorani (Abhinaya) is raped by Chezhiyan and his friend Vinoth in a birthday party. Easan's family, not being able to cope with the incident, commits mass suicide by drinking poisoned coffee. Easan survives since he only drinks a bit. He is rushed to the emergency where Poorani's friend Shyamala visits him and reveals who seduced his sister. Due to the strong affection he has for his sister, he decides to take revenge over the convicts. This is revealed to Sangayya by Easan himself, while Deiva Nayagam and his assistant arrive at the scene of investigation and find the dead Chezhiyan. The rest of the climax is how Sangayya saves Easan and himself from Deiva Nayagam and his assistant.
