Bhagat Singh (Aditya Pancholi), a middle-class respectable police inspector, is assigned to investigate the death of a gangster named Moosa (Ishrat Ali). He has to come to terms with the murder of his daughter and soon finds the culprit of both is a notorious gangster named Gawda (Charan Raj). Inspector Singh arrests Gawda and his son only to find they have soon been released by court order. Gawda plots to kill Singh and has him killed. Jayashankar (Janardhanan), a sincere senior officer with Bangalore police is in direct fight with Surya Devaraja Gowda (Tiger Prabhakar), an underworld don who rules the city along with Chandra Gowda (Babu Antony), his younger brother.
