The story begins with a pub dance where girls and boys enjoy themselves to the fullest in a much spoilt way which leads to Eve teasing and results in a girl's death. Sangayya (Samudrakani), the assistant commissioner of police, is forced to revoke the case because of Chezhiyan's (Vaibhav) (a rich, spoiled guy) influence. Chezhiyan with his father's Deiva Nayagam (A.L. Azhagappan), a leading politician, would bail them out even if he and his friends commit a murder. Vaibhav falls in love with a girl named Reshma, (Aparna) daughter of a businessman (largely inspired from Vijay Mallya). There are some political dramas that happens before the families agree to their marriage. Sangayya is been used in this political drama. He gets furious after learning this, but his hands are tied by the commissioner of police. When Chezhiyan is mysteriously kidnapped and beaten up by an unknown character, Sangayya starts an investigation. Sangayya solves the case and comes to know that a XI grade student named as Easan is responsible. Easan has a flash-back sequence where his sister Poorani (Abhinaya) is raped by Chezhiyan and his friend Vinoth in a birthday party. Easan's family, not being able to cope with the incident, commits mass suicide by drinking poisoned coffee. Easan survives since he only drinks a bit. He is rushed to the emergency where Poorani's friend Shyamala visits him and reveals who seduced his sister. Due to the strong affection he has for his sister, he decides to take revenge over the convicts. This is revealed to Sangayya by Easan himself, while Deiva Nayagam and his assistant arrive at the scene of investigation and find the dead Chezhiyan. The rest of the climax is how Sangayya saves Easan and himself from Deiva Nayagam and his assistant. more»

Four youths growing up in Madurai locality, turn to killers due to unemployment and circumstances. Ravi (Prasanna) lands with a job in Trust Bank, Chennai, after he helps its CEO Vishwanath (S P Balasubrahmanyam), whose valuable documents are robbed from him when he is playing golf at a recreation club in Coimbatore. Ravi aspires to start his own business, but Vishwanath urges him to work for a while in his bank, gather experience and muster finance before venturing to start independent business. Meanwhile Ravi, who is in-charge of security system in the bank, develops a fool-proof method and urges Vishwanath to declare that his bank operations are safest in the world. Ravi comes across a journalist Nandhini (Ramya). He falls for her instantly after coming to know that she is a divorcee. When they spend a night in a sea shore, Ravi is attacked by a gang headed by Nandhini's ex-husband. But when he reaches his house, all troubles start. Fareed (Sibiraj), an outlaw informs Ravi that Nandhini's ex-hubby is killed by him and threatens him with photographs of Ravi bashing him at the beach. Fareed manages to make Ravi agree for a plan in order to save him from being arrested by the police for committing a murder. He hatches a conspiracy to rob the Trust bank and seeks Ravi's help. When he resists, he kidnaps Nandhini and threatens to end her life. Ravi eventually agrees to his plans.. With no other option, he sits down to draw a blue print and head the mission to rob the bank. Ugrasena Maharaja (Gummadi) is king of Malava, he has a daughter Rupa. According to astrologer's prediction, Rupa will marry an ordinary person. Soldiers take the boy to the forest but due to the divine grace boy escapes death. The boy's mother Annapurna (Malathi) also reaches the forest both of them get shelter in a saint's Ashram. Years roll by, Chandrasena (N. T. Rama Rao) grows up with and qualifies in all fields. Ugrasena is in a happy feeling that he has killed the boy. One day grown up Rupa (Jayasri) goes to the forest for hunting where she meets Chandrasena and both love each other. Ugrasena announces sports competition in the capital where Chandrasena wins and king honors him. Rupa meets him in her palace and Chandrasena gets caught by soldiers. Chandrasena's mother pleads king to excuse his son but in vain. Ugrasena now realizes that Chandrasena is none other than the boy whom he thought died. Ugrasena orders to put Chandrasena in a cellar where demons are there. Chandrasena kills the demon and reaches Rupa. While they are escaping soldiers chase them and they enter into a deadly house from where no one will come back. Hence the soldiers return and inform the king about this. King announces that the person who brings his daughter back will get a huge sum of gold. Takku (Relangi) & Tikku (Ramana Reddy) start to bring princess after hearing the announcement. In that death house, Rupa is caught by an enchanter (Shobhan Babu) and takes her to their Queen Gandharva Rani (Mohana). She orders Chandrasena to bring the musical tree from Chambala Island ruled by wizard Kanakaksha (Mukkamala) to get back Rupa. After a lot of effort Chandrasena reaches the Island where Kanakaksha's daughter Champa (Girija) falls in love with Chandrasena. He gets her into his trap, achieves the musical tree and relives Rupa. Meanwhile, Kanakaksha makes Chandrasena as garland and takes him back. Rupa with no help is caught by Takku and Tikku. Kanakaksha orders Chandrasena to marry his daughter Champa but he denies. So, he keeps him in prison and starts torturing. Rupa somehow escapes from Takku & Tikku and goes back to death house sits on the musical tree and reaches Chamba Island. With Rupa's help, Chandrasena escapes from prison eliminates Kanakaksha and blasts the island. Both of them reach back to Malava kingdom when Ugrasena also understands that no one can change the fortune and agrees to their marriage.
