He s asked to leave but the news spread like wildfire creating issues for the family. When the rumor gets out of hand, a fight breaks out wherein Ghanshyam gets involved and one person is killed. Ghanshyam is jailed and Tara is left heartbroken. She tries to reason with the police officer but, the man selfishly asks her to marry him in exchange for Ghanshyam being freed. Bulu and his cousin Anil are kidnapped by dacoit Ganesh and his gang when they fail to get money from their maternal uncle s house. Ganesh says that he ll free the kids if they give him 10,000 rupees. Ganesh takes the kids to his den. He develops feelings of love and affection for the kids especially Bulu. He starts taking great care of them. But, differences crop up among his gang members as they are against the kids being treated grandly. Ganesh protects the kids. A reward of 10,000 rupees is announced if anyone can give information about Ganesh. Ganesh plans to save the kids and hand them safely to their parents. Ganesh manages to save Bulu and Anil and take them home. His gang is caught by the police and he finally surrenders. Affection for the small girl brings about this change in dacoit Ganesh. more»

The story begins with Saravanan (Udhayanidhi Stalin) receiving his ex-girlfriend Meera's (Hansika) wedding invitation. In order to stop the marriage, he sets out for Pondicherry along with his close friend Parthasarathy aka Partha (Santhanam) in a janavasa car. As they embark on the journey, a flashback opens up. Saravanan, a happy-go-lucky youth, and Partha work for a cinema theatre in the city. Saravanan meets Meera at a traffic signal and falls for her beauty immediately. He follows her and finds out that she is an aspiring airhostess and her father is a deputy commissioner of police (Sayaji Shinde). Despite spending time with him and showing interest in him, Meera rejects Saravanan due to certain circumstances. The flashback ends there and then the comical episodes of Saravanan and Partha begin. With Partha's help, Saravanan tries to impress Meera before the wedding. Meera is impressed and she unites with Saravanan. more»
