Dilip saves Neeta when her horse veers off control. A friendship develops between the two and when her father passes away she makes him a partner in the family business that she inherits. A journalist is shot to death at the doorstep of Shanti, also a journalist, who swears to bring the culprit Vishtar Nath to book.
