Agni is an honest cop who s also short-tempered. While trying to control the political outbreak in his city he comes across the ruthless gangster Kotwal who s the reason behind a riot. Worse, Agni ends up losing a friend in the clash. Furious, he makes it his mission to punish Kotwal and his gang.
