In the meantime, Bani also understood the affection and love she had for her husband. She came to know about life and commitment. One day Bani heard that Ambernath was very ill and he stayed in a lonely place. Bani rushed there and put her every effort to make him healthy. Later they came to know each other and lived happily.

Raicharan worked as servant of Anukul. Kalicharan worked under Anukul s father and Raicharan was the only son of him. Raicharan worked there from his childhood and he served his level best to make his master happy. After the death of Kalicharan, Raicharan took every responsibility of Anukul s family. As a result, his own family affected, but still he continued his job and looked after every details of Anukul s family. One day when Raicharan took Anukul s son for a ride, suddenly in an accident took place and the boy died. This incident really shattered everyone. Anukul and his wife started to blame Raicharan for that and claimed that Raicharan has kidnapped his child. Raicharan left the job and came back to his own house. His child was in the same age of Anulkul s child. Immediately Raicharan made a plan and took his child to Kolkata, where he put him in a big school and prepared him as a child of Zamindar. He never confessed his child that he is the father of him. After few years, he took Anukul and his wife to that school, handed over his own child to them, and described him as Anulkul s child. After that, he went away from the life of his near and dear once.

Satir Dehatyag is the story of Sati, the human birth of the Supreme Goddess Yogmaya. Daksha, the son of Brahma. After successfully completing a hard penance he s blessed to be the king of the entire earth. He also asks the Goddess to be born as his daughter. She agrees but warns him that she'll leave for celestial abode if he ever insults her. Sati is born to Daksha. She is beautiful, multi-talented and an ardent devotee of Shiva. Daksha arranges a swayamvar to get her married to the most powerful, richest and talented king. But, Sati chooses Shiva, a wanderer and a beggar. Daksha is disheartened at her choice and disowns her. Daksha banns the worship of Lord Shiva in his kingdom. This leads to famine and problems in his kingdom. In order to get out of the problems he arranges a grand yajna. He invites everybody of all the three worlds except Shiva. Sati feels that her father forgot to invite them. She goes to her father as the yajna is going on. But, she is insulted by Daksha. Daksha insults Shiva so badly that Sati loses her consciousness. This enrages Shiva and he destroys everything. Sati dies. Shiva lifts Sati's body on his shoulders and starts wandering around the earth madly. In order to get him out of this fit, Lord Narayana cuts sati's body into pieces and the places where each body part falls becomes a site of pilgrimage. Finally Shiva calms down.

'Deepsikha' is the story of Deep and Shikha. Deep and Shikha suddenly get married due to a turn of fate. Deep is a boy from village while Shikha is born and brought up in the city. Shikha can't accept Deep as her husband as she thinks him to be an illiterate villager unworthy of her. Deep is actually a brilliant scholar who pursues his post-graduation and doctorate degree. Shikha is unaware of it as Deep never reveals anything to her and her mother. Shikha's best friend Mili who considers Deep as her brother finds out his truth but keeps his identity a secret as a request from him. Deep wins the Gyanpeeth award in literature for his book 'Homshikha' written under the pseudonym Satyaki. Gradually Shikha becomes aware of Deep's qualities. When the lead singer of Shikha's drama group doesn't appear on the day of the show Deep sings for them and saves the show. One day Shikha finds out that Deep is actually Satyaki when he is chosen as an ambassador of Hindu religion to America's religious conference. The differences between the couple are finally erased and they happily unite.

Although Basanta hails from a rich family, his heart is that of a wanderer. Often he escapes from materialistic riches and wanders from one place to another singing. One day he comes to a village where he finds people extremely passionate about drama and acting. The villagers welcome him and soon he finds place in the local kabiraj s house. The kabiraj s daughter Harimati and Basanta shared a bitter sweet relationship and soon love begins to bloom. The village is soon visited by a dancing team and Basanta gets involved in singing with them. The leading lady Golap falls in love with Basanta however he refuses to marry her. He marries Harimati and takes her to his village. He settles down for a while however soon comes back to his restless self. He leaves his wife behind and starts wandering again. After encountering a number of experiences he again comes across the same dancing team, which he had met with a long time ago. He is happy to know that Golap was married with a kid. As Basanta continues his quest for wandering, he falls ill and realizes that his days are numbered. Destiny brings him back to his own house where he comes back to find Harimati dead leaving behind their child. He flees again and finally leaves his last breath in a boat in the middle of the river.

The storyline of the movie basically involves arround the protagonist, a Chinese by birth called Wang Lu. Avery simple, honest, sincere and hardworking person came to India for his living. He was a very lonely person with a great heart. It was depicted on the last days of British raj, so the whole country was living with great anxiety and therefore everybody was looking for their perspectives of the situations. Struggle for freedom was in extream and that feelings were spread very fast into the minds of the citizen. In this context Wang Lu was looking for his living and suddenly meets a child. After some close proximity with that child Wang Lu became a friend of that child. Basanti was the mother of that child and Wang Lu begins a fellow feeling for them. After the hard days he did found some peace with them. This story is a classic how these three lives evolve arround the socioeconomic background of those days of struggle.
