In a small village there are two friends, Ganga and Jamuna. They love each other a lot. They cannot live without each other. They are ever ready to sacrifice their lives for each other. Raja (Daebu Banerji) an orphan and Kajol (Nivedita Tiwari) from a rich family background are students at Dudley College in Mumbai. The college is heading towards the summer break and the Principal, Mr. Bhatia (Jalees Sherwani), announces the popular annual dancing and singing competition by selecting male and female students through a number matching system.
