Satya (Narain) and Kiruba (Ajmal Ameer) are close friends living in the same neighbourhood. Satya is rowdy, wasting his time drinking merrily and getting involved in fights. Though he and Kiruba passed college with a first class degree, Satya has no interest in joining the police force like his father. Kiruba studies hard to become a Sub-Inspector, challenging Satya to do the same., Satya decides to take up the exam as well and with the help of malpractices and influence from his uncle, he becomes an SI. However, Kiruba doesn't make it through despite being honest - this creates a rift between the two. Satya finds Kiruba is a changed man, and finds him in the local bar, having become a drunkard. Parallel runs the story of Daya (Prasanna) and Loganathan (Pandiarajan), who extort money from businessmen through kidnappings. Before Satya became a policeman, he beat up Daya for molesting Kiruba's sister, though noone including Kiruba know of this. In a surprising subsequentturn of events, the gang of Daya and Loganathan will meet Satya and Kiruba in different circumstances, and a dramatic climax ensues. more»

Shanmugham (Jeevan) comes to Chennai with his mother in search of his father (Raj Kapoor). When they get to the place, they see him living with another wife. In a hussle, he kills this old wife and sends this boy outside to beg. He comes out with dead mother and an auto driver (Chandrasekar) helps with all he has to cremate the body and gives some money and asks him to go back to his own city. Shanmugham wanted to read and become a great man. But he gets caught with the corrupt police guys and was used for their jobs (which involved murder). So when he grows up, he becomes a big rowdy by the name of Thotta (bullet). The highly corrupt police officer DCP Murugavel (Sampath Kumar) also uses him for a lot of encounters for which he takes credit and gets promoted to commissioner level. In one incident where he is asked to put acid on a girl Nalina's (Priyamani) face, he finds that girl to be the auto driver's daughter itself in her house. He helps that family, which is in poverty, with lot of gifts and also loves her. Nalina's aim is to become a police officer and she tells this to Shanmugham. As he has commissioner influence, he promises to get her the job. For this he kills a minister who is a big rival of the chief minister (Livingston) at the instance of Murugavel. But when Nalina goes to Murugavel for the job, the latter insists that she have sex with him. When Shanmugham finds out what happened, he and Murugavel part ways. Shanmugham has a friend Giri, who is also a rowdy, but gets him married to a nice girl Gauri (Mallika). She wants to separate him from this rowdy group and get settled, for which she tries not to send him for their encounters. After much thought, Shanmugham lets them go separately. But Murugavel kills Giri in an encounter. Prabhakar (Saranraj), a CBI officer, wants to get Shanmugham alive, whereas Murugavel wants him killed, otherwise he would be in deep trouble as he was the one who made Shanmugham a rowdy after all. How Shanmugham overpowers this duo and whether Nalina becomes a police officer forms the climax of the story. more»

Set on the backdrop of Theni, the story is about Murugan (vijay) who is a goat shepherd and he has a loving mother Veerayi (saranya Ponvannan). She is a widow and struggles hard to raise Murugan and has an overflowing affection for him. Meanwhile, there is a gang which attacks the villagers at night and steal their goats. Murugan along with his group manages to catch one of the members in an attack and discover that it is a girl. Her name is Pechi (vasunthara) and her family steals goat for livelihood. While Murugan develops feelings for her, Pechi's family is known to be quite dangerous. Veerayi comes to know this and asked her son(Murugan) to marry a girl of her choice. He refuses to accept her wish. Complication arise between them. A old lady of her house tells Veerayi to let her son to marry the girl he loves. A possesive widow tells how her husband was killed to that old lady. Her husband was killed by a group of thieves.The head of the gang is none other than the Father of the girl whom her son loves. more»

Kokki movie is all about Kokkisamy (Karan) who is a taciturn villager comes to Chennai. His foster father Subburaj (Malaysia Vasudean) who runs a salon takes care of Kokki. He helps get Kokki a job abroad. He comes across a local bigwig Upilliappan (Kotta Srinivasa Rao) who is a strong believer in astrology. One day Kokki comes to Uppili's house to hair dress one of his men. That day, Uppili wakes up and sees Kokki instead of the statue. Everything that he does that day works in his favor. The superstitious Uppili now wants to have Kokki around as a harbinger of good luck. But Kokki refuses and his life was not the same from there on. Uppili implicates Kokki in a false case and brands him as criminal. With a criminal record his dreams to go abroad collapse. Kokki manages to escape from jail and is on the run. He hides in a ladies hostel where he meets Raji (Pooja Ganghi), who decides to help him after hearing his story. The story is set in a suburb of Madurai. Suryan (Bharath) and Chandran (Bharath) are twins. Suryan, the elder of the two is soft spoken guy who works at a local lending library and he falls in love with Manimekala (Bhavana), daughter of Namasivayam (Mahadevan) the local politician-don and MLA. Chandran, the younger one, works as a mortuary assistant in the local government hospital and he's one among Namasivayam's bad guys who are in charge of his election campaign. Chandran is romantically linked to a local girl,Tamizhselvi (Sandhya). Namasivayam comes to know about his daughter's love affair with Suryan and he orders to some killers to kill Suryan.
